Once payment is received, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance. 3. Event Details – The event will take place as advertised, featuring an interactive murder mystery performance, dining experience, and themed entertainment. 4. Changes & Cancellations by the Organiser – In the unlikely event that the organiser must cancel or reschedule the event, ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or a credit for a future event. No cash refunds will be provided. 5. Age Restriction – This event is recommended for guests aged 16 and above. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 6. Behaviour & Dress Code – Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers, and fellow attendees. Themed or formal attire is encouraged to enhance the immersive experience. 7.
